BLOOMINGTON — John “Abner” Conner, 85, was born in Rockport, Indiana. He quietly went to be with the Lord July 14, 2022. Abner was residing in Bloomington, Ind., at Bell Trace Nursing Home.

Services were Tuesday, July 19, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Ind. Burial followed in Mt. Zion (Conner’s Chapel) Cemetery in Santa Claus, Ind.

Visitation was Tuesday at the funeral home.
