Sympathy is extended to the family members and friends of Rosie (Curl) Sprinkle due to her recent passing. Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Home in New Albany was in care of arrangements where visitation and funeral services were held this past Thursday. The burial followed at Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany. Rosie was born in Doolittle Mills and still has several family members living in this area. I also remember Rosie in the past as she occasionally attended the One Room School Reunion that was hosted annually by my Dad, the late Harold Lynch.

A graduation party was held this past Saturday afternoon for Adam Goffinet of nearby St. Croix. The party was held at the St. Croix Parish Hall in St. Croix. Adam is the son of Steve & Fannie (Schwartz) Goffinet and will be among the Class of 2023 graduates of Perry Central High School later in May. Congratulations to Adam!
