Classes will be starting in our school district of Perry Central on Thursday morning, Aug. 11. We wish everyone a great school year! The Back-to-School Night will be this coming Thursday evening, Aug. 4, from 5-7 p.m. with activities for all ages from 5-7 p.m.

The dates have been set for our annual Revival services at the Bethel Christian Church in Doolittle Mills for Aug. 22-26 (Monday through Friday) at 6 p.m. each evening. The following ministers will be speaking: Monday, Aug. 22 — Brother Larry Oetzel of Mt. Washington First Christian Church; Tuesday, Aug. 23 — Brother Ed Clutinger of El Bethel Church; Wednesday, Aug. 24 — Brother Albert Madden of Nicholson Valley Christian Church; Thursday, Aug. 25 — Brother Webby Oglesby of Lincoln Hills Christian Church; and Friday, Aug. 26 — Brother Paul Gatewood of Larkin Baptist Church. Special singing or music is invited. Our Homecoming Day will be Sunday, Aug. 28. Sunday School begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by worship service at 9:30 a.m. There will be a carry-in meal after church services followed by an afternoon hymn sing. Everyone is welcome to attend.
