PAOLI — A nearly two-week investigation by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department led to the Monday arrest of a Paoli man on three counts of child molesting.

According to information obtained from the OCSD, deputies began investigating allegations of reported child molestation by Harley D. Music, 23, Paoli to two children. Due to both victims being under the age of 14, their identities and any other identifying information will not be released. During the course of interviews, it was stated the molestation began when the children were younger, and continued for approximately one year, with the alleged incidents occurring in two locations.

Through the course of multiple interviews and investigative techniques, Music has been preliminarily charged with Child Molesting where the defendant is at least 21 years of age, a Level 1 Felony; and two counts of Child Molesting fondling or touching with a child under 14, a Level 4 Felony.

Music turned himself in Monday evening at the Orange County Jail and is being held on a $300,000 cash bond.
