PAOLI — Andy W. Sneed, 80 of Paoli, passed away May 7, 2023 at IU Health Paoli Hospital. He was born December 16, 1942 in Lebanon, KY to parents, Robert & Addie M. (Simpson) Sneed. He married Charlesetta Witt Nov. 26, 1965. Andy retired from Electricom where he was a foreman for the power division. He was in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by son Doug Sneed (Lisa) of Paoli; daughter Kimberly Sneed-Ferran (Jeff) of Paoli; grandchildren Lori Morgan of Orleans, Andrew Sneed of Paoli, David Robinson of Kentucky, Kim Kellams of Paoli, Bobby Edwards of Paoli, Joshua Sneed of Loogootee, Jacob Sneed of Paoli, Justin Sneed of WA and Jeffrey Ferran of Paoli; 18 great-grand children; brother Willard Sneed (Doris) of Paoli; sisters Pearl Hamby of New Salisbury and Mary Zelmie Hamby of Palmyra.

Andy is preceded in death by his parents, wife, 6 brothers, sons- Charles and Tony “Moose” Sneed, grandchildren- Eric Sneed and Jayden Ferran and great grandchild- Dayton Edwards.

Funeral for Andy Wayne Sneed will be 1 p.m. Thursday, May 11 at McAdams Mortuary. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Paoli Community Cemetery. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com.
