JASPER — A 90-year-old Jasper woman was struck by vehicle in the parking lot of the Holy Family Catholic Church around 6 p.m. Saturday.

Emergency personnel were called to the scene after a white 2010 Chrysler 300 driven by Kenneth Kunkler, 92, Jasper, struck Doris J. Egler, 90, Jasper, while walking in the parking lot of the church. She was transported by medics via ambulance to Memorial Hospital for medical treatment. The extent of her injuries were unknown.
