INDOT places lane restrictions on North Newton Street

New lane restrictions on North Newton Street/U.S. Highway 231 are now in place between 30th and 36th streets, diverting northbound traffic to the center lane. The restrictions are in place to allow for the installation of new sidewalks and curbing. The project is expected to last through the beginning of May, barring weather delays.
